Description
Cosy duplex apartment located in the heart of touristic Playa de Las Américas , in a very popular complex Parque Santiago I, just 200 meters from the coast. On the first floor there is a salon combined with a kitchen and a 7 m2 terrace overlooking the garden. The stairs lead to second floor with the bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a small room with 1 single bed. It is perfect for three people, but can accommodate up to five people.
The accommodation is equipped double sofa bed, iron, safe, high speed internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, communal swimming pool, 2 TV, satellite, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, and is reachable with one flight of stairs. Elevator isn’t provided. Communal heated swimming pool is available for our clients, with a direct access to the coast.
The property is located 50 m from the supermarket, 700 m from Playa Las Américas sand beach, 1 km from Playa de Las Vistas sand beach, 2 km from bus station, 3 km from Siam Water Park, 13 km from Golf Costa Adeje golf course, 18 km from South airport, 21 km from Abama Golf course, 49 km from Teide National Park, 72 km from Loro Park theme park, 82 km from Tenerife North airport.
