In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

- If the cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the date of entry, it will be penalized with 50 % of the amount of the rent.

- If the cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the date of entry, it will be penalized with 100 % of the amount of the rent.

In case of Pandemic, contact the host to verify the availability of the services and facilities of the properties, such as swimming pools, restaurants...

Early departures (before 9 am) as well as late arrivals (after 8 pm) are subject to a supplement of 30 € to 40 € to be paid in cash on the day of the aplicable departure or arrival.
